Innovative Brewing Techniques and Advances Brewing Topics Monthly topics will change with demand and season. The class will be about an hour to two hours long, depending on the topics and the material and will begin promptly at7pm. Class will cover fun and informative topics such as brewing with fruit, palate training, kegging and bottling techniques, beer style discussions, engineering better beer, ect. Classes will have hands on demonstrations, lengthy discussion with question and answer sessions, extensive hand out packet to reinforce and supplement class material, and all classes will include a flight of beer. Attendees will receive discounts coupons redeemable at American Brewmaster and at the Pub. All this for only $25 Get your tickets early as classes tend to sell out.
