Our Chef

Executive chef, Brian O'Hara was raised in Central Illinois and relocated to Raleigh,North Carolina in 1994. Brian has had the privilege of working withsome of the Triangle’s greatest chefs. Working with these highly talented chefs, Brian learned the importance of simplicity as a vehicle to accentuate the nature of ingredients,and, the need to support local producers and farmers’ markets. With these ideas founding his culinary philosophy, Brian aims to utilize unusual ingredients of the best possible quality in his cuisine, resulting in diverse dinner menus and a sumptuous dessert selection featuring his wonderful house made ice creams.
